Hydraulic Eagle Shear for Excavator

Our gantry shear adopts the new fast environmental protection hydraulic station, which is an integrated design of the pump power source, fuel tank, cooling system and control valve set, occupying a small area and low noise. Cooling system includes engine cooling system and hydraulic oil cooling system, the oil and engine cylinder water will flow over plate type heat exchanger for air cooling circulation.

The new designed gantry shear are equipped with electric motors and a radio remote control for an optimal use of the machine from a remote position. The color Touch Screen panel allows the operator to control every parameters of the machine, and to plan the processing of scrap metal. Compared with traditional fixed shears, our new designed gantry shear equips the main shear device to the chassis with tracks, which can move quickly and freely on working site. So that it can improve working efficiency at a big degree because of its mobility advantage.
