WMS810R Hydraulic Shears For Excavator

Hydraulic hawkbill shears are an attachment mounted at the front, specifically designed for excavators. The name comes from its design, which is reminiscent of an eagle’s beak. Hydraulic hawkbill shears draw power from the hydraulic system, enabling the motion of the cutter head along with the opening and closing of the clamping groove. Once the operating handle or the control valve is activated, hydraulic fluid flows into the cylinder, pushing the piston to move, and in turn, driving the cutter head and clamping groove. By modifying the position of the control valve, various operational modes, such as clamping, cutting, lifting, and so on, can be activated with hawkbill shears. Consequently, the hydraulic hawkbill shear is an effective and practical tool for dismantling scrap steel and vehicles.

    Upper Knife Seat

    Lower Knife Seat
    Manufactured with high-strength steel, featuring a curved and sloped design, it offers enhanced clamping and securing of sheared materials. The lower blade can rotate to use all four edges, reducing the cost of use.
    Casing
    Made from high-strength alloy steel, the casing provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and can withstand high pressure, ensuring stability.
    Rotary Motor
    Fitted with a rotary motor that allows for two-way 360° rotation, making control easier and more convenient.
    Reduction Gearbox
    Fitted with a reduction gearbox for seamless rotational modifications, avoiding possible harm to the machinery from hydraulic impacts.
    Booster Valve
    Combined with a speed-enhancing valve, it ensures precise control over hydraulic oil flow, increasing the working efficiency and accuracy of the hawkbill shears.
    Tailstock
