Rotating Grab
1. 360° Rotation: Flexible positioning with smooth and reliable rotation.
2. Lightweight & Durable: High-strength wear-resistant steel and 42CrMo pins ensure durability.
3. Strong Gripping: Powerful cylinder and optimized linkage provide efficient gripping.
Orange Peel Hydraulic Grapple
The Hydraulic Grapple is a high-efficiency material handling attachment designed for loading and transporting scrap metal, minerals, waste, and other irregular bulk materials, reducing the need for manual labor across a wide range of applications.
Its specially curved tines are engineered to provide a secure grip on scrap iron, steel, rocks, and other irregularly shaped materials. The grapple is available with 2 to 6 tines, each actuated by an independent hydraulic cylinder to ensure a powerful, secure, and reliable grip throughout operation.
Mechanical Grab
This grab has compact‑novel appearance and well‑balanced structure. It reaches a load‑to‑self‑weight ratio of 1.5‑1.92 and filling factor of 95‑100%, making it an ideal tool for small‑size loose bulk materials. It fits cranes with dual‑lifting system and can be supplied in double‑cable version.
Electro‑Hydraulic Multi‑Tine Grab
This electro‑hydraulic multi‑petal scrap‑steel grab is supplied with self‑contained hydraulic power and control units, with key parts from European & American brands. The constant‑power servo‑hydraulic pump cuts overflow, energy loss and heat generation. It supports high‑frequency opening‑closing via pump‑control or frequent motor start‑up. Custom‑built half‑open / fully‑open tines with long tips easily dig into scrap‑steel piles. 6‑8 independently‑driven, curve‑shaped petals ensure reliable handling of scrap steel, pig‑iron and prevent spillage. Top‑mounted cable port for quick crane connection.
Electro-Hydraulic Clamshell Grab
The Electro-Hydraulic Clamshell Grab is powered by an integrated electric motor-driven hydraulic system, which drives the hydraulic pump and cylinders to achieve smooth opening and closing of the grab. Designed for use with single-drum cranes, it features a self-contained hydraulic power unit and control system, providing stable performance, high operating efficiency, and reliable continuous-duty operation for bulk material handling.
Clamshell Grab
Wireless Remote Control
Remote-controlled opening allows flexible and safe cargo handling.
Hydraulic Magnet with Claw
Claw Hydraulic Magnet with Teeth also known as hydraulic-controlled magnetic chuck, uses a hydraulic motor to generate electricity, which powers an electromagnetic coil to produce a strong magnetic force. It is designed for securely holding and positioning ferrous workpieces. Featuring powerful magnetic holding force, reliable operation, high precision, and easy operation, this equipment is widely used in machinery manufacturing, construction engineering, scrap metal recycling, and other industrial fields.
Scrap Magnet
Lifting Electromagnet efficiently handles and transports various ferrous materials like iron scraps, steel plates, and ingots. Available for excavator or crane mounting, it operates reliably in high-temperature, normal-temperature, and even submerged environments across industries.
Log Grab
The Mechanical Grab is a versatile and durable attachment for efficiently loading, unloading, and handling wood, lumber, reed, straw, and strip materials. Designed for high performance and easy installation, it offers exceptional abrasion resistance and cost-effective operation across diverse applications.
Orange Peel Magnetic Grapple
The magnetic grapple utilizes high-strength magnets to generate powerful adhesion, ensuring a secure grip and precise handling of magnetic materials upon contact.
Magnetic Grab
Magnetic Grab combines powerful magnetic and grabbing functions to efficiently handle metal, wood, stone, and more, offering exceptional versatility and strength.
Hydraulic Generator Magnet
Hydraulic Power Generation Suction Cups eliminate the need for excavator modifications and reduce pipeline costs. Ideal for remote demolition, they enable multi-functional use of a single machine.
